Yount; who was the first person to plant a grapevine in the Valley, wanders the hillside overseeing the vast spectrum of an industry he himself founded on this very land.

Winemaker Notes from Rob Lawson:
The 2008 harvest was 2008 was a difficult a sporadic growing year. The season in general was cool, with lower crop sizes. However with extended hang time and diligent work in the vineyards the crop came out small but with excellent quality.
The continued development and focused farming in the vineyard has led to great vine balance and even ripening, resulting in excellent grapes to work with. As the vineyard matures the Ghost Block profile should continue to evolve.
